• “module ‘gradio’ has no attribute inputs” → old tutorial → use gr.Image()
• “push rejected contains binary files” → add LFS tracking or avoid committing binaries
• “code expected at most 16 arguments got 18” → python mismatch → set python_version: 3.12 in HF README
• “NumPy 1.x compiled module cannot run in NumPy 2.x” → pin numpy<2, avoid pip -U
